Improper isolation in the stream cache mechanism in Intel Core Ultra Processors allows local users to escalate privileges. Intel has not published how the stream cache fails to isolate shared resource state or how crafted activity exploits that failure. Exploitation requires low-privileged local access, high complexity, and additional attack conditions, and can cross a security boundary to gain higher privileges.
