Memory corruption via unchecked Wi-Fi credential lengths

Buffer overflow in Zephyr Project Zephyr RTOS 3.4.0 and earlier allows adjacent attackers to corrupt memory via Wi-Fi shell input. The __wifi_args_to_params function assigns SSID and PSK arguments and their lengths without enforcing the defined credential bounds. Exploitation requires an enabled Wi-Fi shell and user interaction; published analysis bounds the consequence to device crashes or arbitrary code execution.
