Implicit-intent exposure in Samsung Account before 14.5.00.7 allows local users to read arbitrary files with Samsung Account privilege. startAgreeToDisclaimerActivity sends sensitive communication through an implicit intent, allowing another eligible Android component to receive the file access flow; the patch changes it to an explicit intent. Exploitation requires local access and user interaction, and the disclosed consequence is unauthorized file reading rather than modification or service interruption.
