Improper authorization in Samsung Push Service before 3.4.10 allows local users to read a unique device identifier. PushClientProvider permits access to the identifier without enforcing authorization, and the vendor's patch blocks access to that provider. A local attacker-controlled application must run on a Samsung device; the documented consequence is identifier disclosure only.
