Browser-context compromise via uploaded agnostic documents

Stored XSS in SAP BusinessObjects Business Intelligence Platform 420 and 430 allows remote authenticated users to alter application data. The platform accepts an uploaded agnostic document whose active content executes when another user opens it; SAP has not disclosed the missing validation or output-encoding locus. A high-privileged account must upload the document and another user must open it, exposing that user's browser context to unauthorized reads and writes and limited service interruption.
