Unauthenticated data access and modification via GRMG requests
Published Oct 10, 2023 · Updated Sep 18, 2024
SSRF in SAP NetWeaver AS Java 7.50 allows remote attackers to send requests through the GRMG Heartbeat application. The ServerGRMGApplication servlet accepts and processes GRMG requests but fails to restrict the server-side destination derived from crafted input. No authentication or user interaction is required; successful exploitation has limited read or write effects on application data without a reported service interruption.
