Improper access control in AZ Mobile Software Color Phone 2.2.5 and earlier allows context-dependent attackers to place phone calls. The exported DialerActivity accepts CALL intents containing tel URIs without verifying their origin or requiring caller permissions. A third-party Android application must run on the same device; calls occur without user consent or interaction.
