API administrator access via exposed dashboard key

Privilege escalation in Wazuh Dashboard Plugins 4.4.0 through 4.4.1 allows remote authenticated users to obtain API administrator access. The getConfiguration backend service returns the Dashboard's API administrator key in configuration data exposed to browser developer tools. Any dashboard account can retrieve the key and exercise API administrator privileges regardless of its assigned dashboard role.
