Domain impersonation via overbroad slash deletion

Domain spoofing in affected Mastodon releases allows remote attackers to impersonate domains by supplying crafted domain names. TagManager's web_domain?, local_domain?, and normalize_domain methods used delete('/'), removing every slash rather than only a trailing slash. Exploitation requires control of a domain whose name is a textual prefix of the impersonated domain, enabling false domain identity on a target server.
