Internal service data disclosure via proxy allowlist bypass

SSRF in GeoNode 3.2.0 through 4.1.2 allows remote attackers to read internal service data through the public proxy endpoint. The proxy's extract_ip_or_domain function validates the text before an at sign as an allowed host, while URL parsing treats it as credentials and sends the request to the host after it. A crafted url parameter using @ or %40 can therefore relay responses from internal services, including GeoServer on port 8080, without user interaction.
