Cross-site request forgery in icmsdev iCMS 7.0.16 allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary code through administrative account-management requests. The affected user.admincp.php, members.admincp.php, and group.admincp.php handlers process state-changing requests through a victim's session without request-origin validation. Exploitation requires an authenticated administrator to submit a crafted request and permits unauthorized creation or modification of members, roles, and administrator accounts.
