Browser script execution via unescaped subject fields

Cross-site scripting in Code Projects Exam Form Submission 1.0 allows remote attackers to execute script in a victim's browser. The Manage Fastrack Subjects update flow accepts script markup in the Subject Name and Subject Code fields and renders it as active content. The published procedure reaches the form through the admin panel using bundled credentials, and a victim must load the affected output for browser-side execution.
