Process crash via zero-bit coordinate shift

Integer overflow in GPAC 2.2.1 and earlier allows local users to crash MP4Box by parsing a crafted MPEG-4 BIFS file. Q_DecCoordOnUnitSphere in src/bifs/unquantize.c accepts a zero bit width and subtracts one before an integer shift, wrapping the exponent to 4294967295. Low-privileged local access is required; successful exploitation interrupts the MP4Box process without reported data disclosure or modification.
