Improper access control in Pat Infinite Solutions HelpdeskAdvanced 11.0.33 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to edit their own ACL rules. The AclList/SaveAclRules administrative function accepts a low-privileged user's request to rewrite that user's ACL without enforcing its administrative restriction. A low-privileged account is required; the resulting permissions and reachable data or operations are not publicly documented.
