SQL injection in login.php in SourceCodester Doctors Appointment System 1.0 allows remote attackers to manipulate database queries. The login handler fails to neutralize SQL metacharacters in the untrusted useremail parameter before using it in a SQL command. No authentication or user interaction is required, and successful exploitation permits database data disclosure or modification and can interrupt service.
