Wi-Fi password disclosure via unencrypted initial setup

Cleartext transmission in Shelly TRV firmware 2.1.8 allows local users to obtain the Wi-Fi password during initial setup. The device creates an unauthenticated, unencrypted Wi-Fi access point and sends the router credentials to its setup service over HTTP without additional encryption. Attackers within wireless range must observe setup traffic while the credentials are submitted, and the demonstrated consequence is limited to Wi-Fi password disclosure.
