System privilege escalation via binder service shell injection

Command injection in PAX Technology PayDroid 8.1.0_Sagittarius_11.1.50_20230614 and earlier allows local users to gain system privileges. The PaxSmartDeviceServcie binder service checks only whether a supplied command starts with dumpsys, so a semicolon can append arbitrary shell commands. Any shell access can invoke the service and execute commands as the Android system account, expanding control over applications and device data.
