Published Apr 10, 2025 · Updated Aug 17, 2025

Cross-site scripting in the Web UI of IBM Sterling Control Center 6.2.1, 6.3.1, and 6.4.0 allows remote authenticated users to inject JavaScript. The server reflects user-supplied input unchanged in HTTP responses without validating it before the Web UI renders the content. Exploitation requires product access and user interaction within a trusted session, where injected code can alter interface behavior and disclose credentials.
