Unauthenticated arbitrary file upload via path traversal

Path traversal in Arcserve Unified Data Protection before 9.2 allows remote attackers to write arbitrary files through the UDP Agent. FileHandlingServlet.doUpload() accepts a multipart filename containing traversal segments and uses it as the destination path without confining the write to the upload directory. Unauthenticated access to the Agent's HTTPS fileHandling endpoint is sufficient to place attacker-controlled content anywhere writable by the service account.
