REST API 2FA bypass during AuthToken generation

Improper authentication in Zoho ManageEngine ADManager Plus before 7203 allows remote authenticated users to generate REST API AuthTokens without 2FA. The REST API AuthToken generation path completes token issuance without performing the configured second-factor verification. Valid primary credentials are required, and the resulting token permits REST API access with confidentiality and integrity impact but no reported service interruption.
