Unrestricted file upload in SourceCodester Pharmacy Management System 1.0 allows remote attackers to execute code through manage_website.php. The endpoint accepts an attacker-supplied file without enforcing a safe file type, allowing the resulting upload to execute as server-side code. No authentication or user interaction is required, and successful exploitation runs attacker-controlled code in the web server context.
