Use of an implicit intent in Motorola Phone Calls before the 2023-12-01 security patch level allows local users to read calling data. The application sends the calling phone number and related call data through an implicit intent without restricting delivery to an intended recipient. A low-privileged local application and user interaction are required; exposure is limited to call-related data, with no integrity or availability impact reported.
