Improper component export in Motorola Interface Test Tool on phones with SPL before 2023-12-01 allows local users to execute OS commands. Motorola does not identify the exported Android component or the missing restriction that permits another application to invoke command-execution functionality. Exploitation requires physical access to install an unauthorized application and can expose information or elevate privileges on the phone.
