Server interruption via GoTTY privilege misassignment

Improper privilege management in Pandora FMS 700 through 773 allows local users to interrupt the server through the GoTTY page. The GoTTY page assigns privileges incorrectly, allowing a local user action to deny service to the Pandora FMS server. Exploitation requires local-user access and user interaction; the documented consequence is server unavailability, not data disclosure.
