Arbitrary file read in Pandora FMS 700 through 772 allows remote authenticated users to read server files through the API Checker. The API Checker accepts a file:// URL where it expects HTTP or HTTPS and returns the referenced file's contents in the web response. Administrative console access is required, and disclosure is limited to files readable by the Apache service account.
