CVE-2023-41782

Local code execution via attacker-placed DLL

Published Jan 5, 2024 · Updated Sep 17, 2024

DLL hijacking in ZTE Corporation ZXCLOUD iRAI through V7.01.04P1_1104 allows local users to execute code via an attacker-placed DLL. The application's DLL-loading path accepts an attacker-placed library from a specific directory without establishing that the loaded file is trusted. Exploitation requires local low-privileged access and user interaction; successful loading provides limited data access and can interrupt the application, while the vendor reports no integrity impact.
