CVE-2023-41708Network attack vector

Cross-site scripting via forged app references

Published Feb 12, 2024 · Updated Nov 4, 2025

Cross-site scripting in OX App Suite frontend 7.10.6-rev38 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to inject script via forged app references. The app loader accepts relative references that redirect to unexpected locations, allowing script code supplied as an app module to bypass existing safeguards. A low-privileged account and user interaction are required; successful exploitation runs script in another user’s browser context and can read or alter accessible data.
