Resource exhaustion in Open-Xchange OX App Suite backend 8.20 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to degrade availability via DAV requests. The backend processes user-controlled DAV User-Agent strings without bounding processing time, allowing crafted values to consume excessive resources. A valid low-privilege account is required, and the documented consequence is high server load rather than data access or modification.
