Published Aug 5, 2023 · Updated Aug 2, 2024
Reflected XSS in Media Browser Emby Server 4.7.13.0 allows remote attackers to execute browser script through a crafted /web/ URL. The web handler reflects everything after /web/ into its response without neutralizing HTML event-handler markup. A user must open the crafted URL, and the injected script runs in that user's browser context, enabling unauthorized page changes and data access.
