SQL injection in Tongda OA before 11.10 allows remote attackers to read or alter database data via crafted DELETE_STR requests. The general/system/seal_manage/dianju/delete_log.php handler uses DELETE_STR in SQL construction without adequate input separation, permitting injected clauses. Exploitation requires network access to the OA web service, and the resulting disclosure or modification is bounded by database permissions.
