Process crash via xls2csv NULL dereference

NULL pointer dereference in Catdoc 0.95 xls2csv allows local users to crash the process by supplying a crafted Excel file. The public record locates the dereference in src/fileutil.c but does not identify the affected function, the null-valued pointer, or the malformed field that produces it. Exploitation requires a user or local workflow to open the crafted file with xls2csv, and the demonstrated consequence is limited to termination of that CLI process.
