Message-route manipulation via unauthenticated routing tables

Source validation failure in O-RAN Software Community ric-plt-lib-rmr 4.9.0 allows remote attackers to alter message routes via forged tables. The dynamic route-table update thread accepts a table delivered over its control TCP listener and applies it without verifying that the sender is the Route Manager. Network reachability to the control listener is sufficient; accepted tables can redirect RMR traffic to attacker-selected endpoints without user interaction.
