Traffic interception via controller-port PACKET_OUT host spoofing

Host spoofing in Open Network Foundation ONOS 2.7.0 allows context-dependent attackers to redirect traffic via a crafted PACKET_OUT message. HostManager accepts a PACKET_OUT whose egress port is 255, the default BMv2 controller port, and creates attacker-chosen IP and MAC host identities. The attacker must be able to inject the crafted control message; successful spoofing enables interception between fake and legitimate hosts.
