Unauthenticated memory corruption via static-route list overflow

Stack-based buffer overflow in Tenda AC9 3.0 V15.03.06.42_multi and AC5 1.0RTL_V15.03.06.28 allows remote attackers to interrupt service. The fromSetRouteStatic handler processes attacker-controlled list data in fixed-size stack storage without enforcing a length bound. No authentication or user interaction is required; overflowing the handler can crash the management service and corrupt execution state.
