Unauthenticated code execution via unbounded SSID copy
Published Aug 30, 2023 · Updated Oct 1, 2024
Stack overflow in Tenda AC7 1.0 V15.03.06.44 and AC9 3.0 V15.03.06.42_multi allows remote attackers to execute code. The /goform/fast_setting_wifi_set handler fails to bound attacker-controlled ssid data before placing it in stack storage. No authentication or user interaction is required; a crafted network request can compromise the router or crash its management service.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
