Arbitrary file upload in Code Projects Student Enrollment System 1.0 allows remote attackers to execute code via a crafted PHP profile image. The Update/Edit Student Profile Picture handler accepts a PHP program without enforcing an image-only file type, leaving it executable by PHP. No authentication or user interaction is required; successful upload grants command execution under the web server's privileges.
