Application crash via unreleased JPEG image buffer

Memory leak in CImg Library 2.9.3 allows attackers to crash an application when it processes a crafted JPEG image. CImg::_load_jpeg allocates an image buffer while decoding malformed JPEG input and returns without releasing the allocation. Exploitation requires a vulnerable application to process attacker-controlled input; the public proof of concept demonstrates resource exhaustion and a crash, not direct data disclosure.
