Victim-browser script execution via unneutralized txt parameter

Cross-site scripting in phpkobo AjaxNewTicker 1.0.5 allows remote attackers to run script in a victim's browser through index.php. The index.php component places the attacker-controlled txt parameter into page output without neutralizing script-capable markup. No authentication is required, but a victim must open the crafted request; successful execution can read or alter data available to the page origin.
