Local privilege escalation via permissive driver device ACL

Improper access control in Binalyze IREC.sys 3.11.0 and earlier allows local users to execute code with elevated privileges. The driver assigns a permissive DACL to the \.\IREC device, and its process-opening IOCTL accepts an attacker-selected PID and returns a privileged process handle. A low-privileged local session and a loaded driver are required; the resulting handle permits access to protected process memory and supports privilege escalation.
