Remote bgpd crash via zero-length BGP attributes

NULL pointer dereference in FRRouting FRR 9.0 and earlier allows remote attackers to crash bgpd via a crafted BGP UPDATE. bgp_update_receive processes NLRI when the update has data but a zero attribute length, so route-map handling receives NULL attributes and dereferences the NULL aspath pointer. Remote attackers must deliver an UPDATE over a BGP peering session; the demonstrated path interrupts bgpd without reported data disclosure or code execution.
