SSRF via unfiltered webhook target URLs

SSRF in WireMock Webhooks Extension 2.x before 2.35.1 and 3.x before 3.0.3 allows remote attackers to send POST requests to reachable services. The webhook request path bypasses NetworkAddressRules configured through limitProxyTargets and sends the target URL through WireMock's HTTP client. A webhook must be configured and triggered by attacker-influenced input; impact is limited to outbound POST effects on services reachable from the server.
