Account takeover via exposed password-reset token

Improper access control in GLPI 9.3.0 through 10.0.9 allows remote authenticated users to take over other local accounts via the REST API. The User API returns each account's password_forget_token to callers with user-resource read permission, and lostPassword accepts that token to set a new password. The REST API and password-reset feature must be enabled, and the target must have an email address and use internal authentication; SSO accounts are unaffected.
