Authenticated account takeover via password changes

Improper access control in GLPI 9.1.0 through 10.0.9 allows remote authenticated users to take over another user's account. The user-edit path accepts a password change from any account holding write access to the target user, allowing the requester to replace that user's credential. High-privilege write access is required, and successful exploitation exposes the target account and its accessible data without altering or interrupting the service.
