CVE-2023-41320Network attack vector

Administrator account takeover via layout-preference SQL injection

Published Sep 26, 2023 · Updated Sep 23, 2024

SQL injection in GLPI 10.0.0 through 10.0.9 allows remote authenticated users to take over an administrator account through UI layout preferences. The published advisory says UI layout preferences reach an SQL query without adequate neutralization but does not identify the responsible endpoint or function. A low-privileged authenticated session is required, and successful exploitation grants administrative control without a reported availability impact.
