Improper permission management in Huawei HarmonyOS 3.0.0 and 4.0.0 and EMUI 13.0.0 allows remote attackers to dim the device screen. The flaw is located in the displayengine module, but Huawei has not published which permission is assigned incorrectly or which request reaches it. No authentication or user interaction is required according to NVD's assessment, and the documented consequence is limited to screen dimming.
