Information disclosure in Best Practical Request Tracker before 4.4.7 and 5.x before 5.0.5 lets remote attackers read ticket metadata. The unauthenticated REST 1.0 mail-gateway handler returns raw processing errors and, after successful requests, ticket ID, queue, and owner fields. Exposure requires network access to the NoAuth endpoint, which vendor guidance says should normally be limited to localhost; the flaw discloses data but does not alter tickets.
