Stored XSS in JetBrains TeamCity before 2023.05.3 allows remote authenticated users to run script through Cloud Profiles configuration. JetBrains has not published the affected field or the missing encoding or sanitization operation that permits attacker-supplied content to persist and render as active script. The attacker needs Cloud Profiles configuration access and user interaction; execution is limited to the viewing user's browser context.
