Stored XSS in Usermin 2.000 allows remote authenticated users to execute arbitrary script in a victim's browser via a MIME description. The MIME type programs page stores the Description field without neutralizing script or HTML and later renders it in the page. A low-privileged account must create the program and another user must open the page, exposing that user's in-application data and actions.
