Stored XSS in Webmin Usermin 2.000 allows remote authenticated users to execute script in another user's browser via a handler program. The MIME type program form stores the Handler program field and later renders its value on the MIME Type program page without neutralizing executable markup. An account permitted to create MIME type programs must save the payload, and another user must view the affected page; the script then acts in that viewer's web context.
