Authenticated cross-user case disclosure via account-wide access
Published Nov 22, 2023 · Updated Aug 2, 2024
Improper access control in Autodesk Customer Portal allows remote authenticated users to view other users' support cases in the same account. The default case-access mechanism authorizes every actively licensed account user to view and manage all cases associated with that account. Exploitation requires an active license tied to the shared account and exposes case data across users, without reported cross-account access.
